The HOBD is a one piece, flush or surface mounted combination hood in hob, which provides great flexibility as there are no limitations on where it can be placed within the kitchen, it can be installed in front of a window or even on an island unit. With Multizone operation the cooking zones can be used as two independent cooking zones or combined into a single zone. Each zone automatically adapts to the size and position of the dishes and is heated only where the pans locate, providing better heat distribution.
Induction cooking allows for precise temperature control. It is faster than gas cooking taking only a little over a minute to boil a pint of water. Another benefit is that any splashes will not burn onto the hob top and are easily wiped clean making it safe and user friendly.
